Our burstable connections are
ideal for business that need room for growth and/or have varying bandwidth
needs. With a burstable connection we leave your bandwidth
burstable. Your usage will be measured on a monthly basis and
charged based on the 95th Percentile.
The 95th Percentile
is calculated by pooling both inbound and outbound bandwidth
utilization every five (5) minutes. All of the samples that were
pulled throughout the month are then ordered from the highest to
lowest/ The top 5 percent of readings are then discarded, and
the customer is billed based on the next highest reading.
Burstable Bandwidth is billed in arrears, the month after the
usage occurs.
